Clinic software, built in Bangladesh
Software that fits how your clinic actually runs
PatientDesk handles the reception desk, the doctor’s chamber and the cash counter — in Bangla and English, across every chamber you have.
Made by MangoBrain, the software arm of Mango Media Digital in Uttara, Dhaka. Currently in trial with clinics in Dhaka.

What you can use from day one
Everything in this list is running now. The things that are not finished are further down this page, named plainly.
Patients, properly recorded
One record per patient with history, allergies, photo, phone and age. Family members grouped into one household. Reports and documents attached to the patient. Patient numbers that never skip.
Bring your old list with you
Import the patient list you already keep in Excel. You see a preview and check it before anything is saved, and duplicates can be merged afterwards.
A reception desk under control
Doctor sittings with real availability, doctor leave, and booking, confirming, rescheduling, cancelling or marking a no-show. Walk-ins and check-in included.
The serial queue
Today’s queue for each sitting, who is waiting, who is with the doctor, and call-next. The desk and the chamber see the same list.
Prescriptions on your own pad
Write, sign and print in Bangla or English on the clinic’s own letterhead — our name is never on your paper. A signed prescription is never quietly edited: a change makes a new version and the old one is kept. Templates and standing advice save typing.
Bangladesh medicine list
Search local brands and generics while prescribing, and add your clinic’s own medicine names when they are not on the list.
Billing the way a clinic bills
Bills and receipts, payments recorded in cash, card, bKash or Nagad, refunds, and a void that needs a manager’s approval. Bill numbers never skip.
Treatment packages and the day close
Sell a course of sittings paid in advance and redeem it visit by visit, with sittings left shown on the patient. Close the counter at the end of every day, per cash drawer.
Many chambers, one account
Each staff member sees only the chambers they work in. Roles and permissions down to the single action, and an activity trail that cannot be edited afterwards.
Being straight with you
What PatientDesk does not do yet
Clinic software in this market is usually sold on a list of features nobody checks. We would rather you knew before you paid than after.
No automatic medicine safety warnings. PatientDesk does not yet warn you about allergies, drug interactions or duplicate medicines. The doctor must check these as they always have. We are building it, and we will tell every clinic the day it starts working.
No online payment. Payments are recorded in PatientDesk in whatever way the patient paid — cash, card, bKash, Nagad. The patient cannot pay through the software, and we do not touch your money.
Coming soon
- Coming soon Leads and follow-ups — enquiries on a board, assigned to staff, with follow-up dates.
- Coming soon Online booking with an SMS code — a public page where a patient books and confirms by code.
- Coming soon Accounts and expenses — money in, money out, vendors and bills, month lock.
- Coming soon Stock — items, batches, expiry dates and low-stock warnings.
- Coming soon Staff and payroll — attendance, leave, salary and payslips.
We do not put dates on these. When one is ready, it appears here and your clinic is told.
Bangla and English, properly
Every screen works in both languages, and so does the printed prescription. Numbers follow the language you chose. It is not an English product with Bangla pasted on top.
Works on the phone at the desk
The front desk is usually standing up with a phone in hand. Every screen is built for a small screen first, and it can be installed on the phone like an app.
Your clinic’s data stays your clinic’s
Your patients, prescriptions and bills belong to you. Each clinic’s data is kept separate from every other clinic on the system.
Our team can open your records to fix problems and check data quality, and we say so plainly rather than hiding it in small print.
See it with your own clinic in mind
Tell us how many chambers and doctors you have and what your desk struggles with. We will show you the parts that matter to you — and tell you honestly if PatientDesk is not the right fit yet.
